Various thermoplastic carbon fiber pre impregnated tape products developed by Hansu, including unidirectional tapes and fabrics of various resins such as PI, PEEK, PEKK, etc. The amount of thermoplastic resin contained is controllable and precise. The resin can fully penetrate carbon fiber bundles and be evenly distributed, with stable quality and superior performance. It can be widely used in various fields such as automotive manufacturing, high-speed railways, civil aviation aircraft, 3C, wind turbine blades, medical equipment, sports equipment, etc. Hansu uses carbon fiber materials to composite with other materials, thereby improving the performance of the materials. 3D printed linear materials composed of PEEK, PPS, PA and carbon fiber have been successfully developed for printing various special requirements of components.
